Mindfulness Meditation

Here’s a video I made on beginning a mindfulness meditation practice. Recent research indicates that mindfulness meditation can reduce stress, and increase a feeling of compassion, calm and happiness. It helps you to be more aware of how your feelings direct your thoughts and how those thoughts direct your mood. It can be a a path to developing a happier state of mind.
